4. Listings & Prohibited Items

Listings must be accurate, lawful, and for items the seller has the right to sell.
Prohibited items include (without limitation): counterfeit goods, stolen goods, weapons, illegal substances, and any item prohibited under Indian law.
Dozaara may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at its discretion.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through our third-party payment partner(s). Funds are released to the seller in accordance with the payment protection process described in our Refund Policy. Dozaara may charge platform/service fees, which will be disclosed prior to a transaction.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting false information, harassing other users, attempting to circumvent verification or payment protection, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on the Platform (excluding user-generated listing content) are the property of Dozaara or its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dozaara is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or condition of items listed by users, or for disputes between buyers and sellers, except to the extent Dozaara has expressly undertaken responsibility (e.g., under the payment protection process).

9. Suspension & Termination

Dozaara may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
